We opened this restaurant at Frespo Hida Takayama this summer with the aim
of becoming a restaurant that can be enjoyed by as many customers as possible, Including ordinary customers, those with allergy restrictions, vegetarians and vegans.
“Single Origin Coffee” is not a large category of coffee producing countries,
but a specialty coffee that is made into one brand by farm, producer, variety,
refining method, etc.
It is excellent in treability and safety.
In our Shop, we use lightly roasted Tokyo’s roaster Single-O, so you can
enjoy the original character and fruity flavor of the beans.
Based on the philosophy of Ayurveda, which has a 5000 year history in India,
we thougt that can we help our customers stay healthy by eating everyday?.
That’s why we have prepared authentic Indian curry made by Top Chef of
the restaurant ”Rasamanda“ in Gifu-city.

Please use the tatami seats as a kid’s space.
The tables and chairs you can use will further enhance the atmosphere of the cafe. The tables of 81 cafe were made by local high school students.
